ACES AT LEICESTER
Today’s trip was to Leicester for the Midlands GP Round 1 where four aces took to the track in the different events.
First up on the track was Corey and Georgia in the U14’s and U18’s who rode on the same formula but then rode in the respective age categories for the finals. Corey scored 14 points (after beating older sister Georgia twice!) putting him firmly in the U14’s A final which he went and won! With Georgia scoring 10 points which also allowed her to take part in the A final where she finished 3rd.
The next category was the Women’s which again Georgia took part in and after four races and a crash with Leicester’s Honey, we would like to send her our best wishes and a speedy recovery, made it to the A final where she finished fourth.
Finally was the seniors and vets riders where aces Chris and Paul took to the track. Again riding on the same formula but had separate age category finals Chris and Paul both made it to the Over 35’s A final with Chris finishing in first and Paul in second. It was a great day of racing for the Aces.
